I was born and raised in a small mid-western town called Evansville, Indiana. I grew up with my uncles who all played poker and bet on sports. I've always been good at math and numbers so it was only a matter of time before I caught on and actually turned the tables on them.
This exposure to odds and betting at a young age has given me my great skill of sports handicapping. This is why to my family and friends; I am known as Big Vegas Rob aka tThe Gambling Goat! I always give my picks to them without ever thinking of starting a business with this special talent I have.I knew it was time to shine my light onto the world of sports handicapping to help others beat the books once and for all!
One of my specialities is "in running". Frequently after watching the games for just a couple minutes, I get a good feel for the outcome of a game. Unfortunately, these games are hard to pass on to you because sometimes I only have have 30 seconds to place my bet at the in running odds. I watch and see things during a game that the avaerge fan doesn't see. Whether its the refs missing a call, a player not being 100%, or just the atmosphere or momentum favoring one team. More times than not I can tell you what play they are going to run. My analytics also tells me when a team should punt vs going for it. College coaches make a lo tof mistakes. Its not as common in the NFL but they still make analytic mistakes when it comes to the clock/time. I watch the time like a hawk.
When it somes to sports gambling I only surround myself with guys that have been doing this a long time and have shown success. There aren't many left from the Stardust but a few of them are from what is formerly called The Hilton.
